Thanks Bette. I felt like if other people had taken the time to share,

maybe something I would say would be just what someone else needed to

hear. The book I was referring to was the new Dr. Phil book. It is

really good and addresses some of the reasons you gain/lose/gain, etc.

It has a lot of discussion of the emotional eating issues that we all

have { face it - you can not be overweight w/out a few :o)} , where ww

really helps with the fundamentals of portion control and proper

nutrition. The nutritional info is good in his book too, but I am so

used to counting points that this is a good combination for me. I

figure that you can never have too many tools in your weight loss tool

box.

Bette,

I know that Sam's Club (I think it is Costco in the South?) had it for

like $14. Worth every penny.

Just had to say, it is Sam's Club here in Arkansas. I live in the

home state of Wal-Mart and Sam's (I think their corporate

headquarters are in Bentonville, AR), and I'd never heard of Costco

until I went to LA to see a friend.

Oh April,

I live in NY, and on the ww boards everyone always talks about Costco,

so us northerners think everyone lives in the " south " - LOL.

LOL!!! You guys are pretty much " up there " so that everything below

is technically south! : )

For the longest time, I wanted to have a Costco, until I found out it

was just Sam's Club. I'm still wanting a Trader Joes. Oh well!!!

I have never been to a Trader Joe's either. I get so jealous when

someone offhandedly says, " Oh yeah went over to TJ's on my lunch and YUM

Nope, totally different companies.

Costco use to be Price Club (at least in Cali it was, I don't know if it's

changed in other states).

Sam's Club is owned by the Walton family (Wally World)
