Guest guest
Hi everyone, Well tonight I went to our local show carnival (I don't know if you have these in USA) It was full of memories as 36 years ago tonight I walked in there normally and had a sore hip by end of the night, within days was in deep trouble and lost the joint within a fortnight....... curtesy septic arthritis associated with a flare up of recurrent osteomylitis.............. So tonight it was very special to be able to walk back in there again almost normal, curtesy of this wonderful BHR. They even put on a big fireworks, so and I could stand and pretend it was in honour of the event..........smile. Just love this new life............ When i have my hips fixed I am hoping that i will be galloping them all along... hehe - this may alarm the parents. Guest guest
Hi Edith It must have been tremendously exciting for you to stand and watch the fireworks. I only spent a few months in a wheelchair so I take off my hat to you. We have our local show on Saturday coming. Will think of you and give you a toast when I'm drinking my first pint of Guinness. Best Wishes Rog Joy Hi everyone, Well tonight I went to our local show carnival (I don't know if you have these in USA) It was full of memories as 36 years ago tonight I walked in there normally and had a sore hip by end of the night, within days was in deep trouble and lost the joint within a fortnight....... curtesy septic arthritis associated with a flare up of recurrent osteomylitis.............. I had it about 6 years ago and actually liked it. But, then I dyed my hair red - and that's were it has been for many years. I'm sick of it! I hate the thot of growing this stuff out, but my last hair cut was so short it will be easier!I go for mammo next Thurs. I've pretty much calmed down about it. I have just told myself that it is nothing...just an inconvenience!BTW my signature that I created in the Option is not showing up on my sent emails.
