It's laden with trans-fat grease. The points were obtained from Dottie's (DWLZ.com). Bette
Guest guest
Hi , I shared with this group about that lunch with my friend (on Saturday). If you want, you can go to the website and check out the posts. It turned out well....except for the lunch she ordered (HIGH points!!) Guest guest
Yep... I didn't take your post as being too critical.... I read it more as this is how someone who doesn't KNOW (or isn't aware) of how many calories (points) they are consuming in one sitting. Even mentioned yesterday after reading a package of sugar-free turtles... how even if a person ate 4 of them, in comparison, a person could go to Subway and have a turkey sub for the same number of calories... and which would be more satisfying?? I've found that ordering pretty much what he does seems to work just fine when we eat out. (And that way neither of us should have any sort of bad breath that the other would notice... Guest guest
Bette, How was your lunch with the friend you hadn't seen for awhile?? Was it over the weekend or is it still coming up?? / About Points and Food Choices In a message dated 12/15/2003 7:28:56 AM Pacific Standard Time, kimberlyww@... writes: Whoa! I'd say she ate about 65 of the 85-point steak dinner and I have no idea about that salad -- a rough guess would be a total of maybe 18-20 points (tons of dressing), so I guess she ate a total of 80 or so. Man, I hope I don't come across as critical. What I mean to sound like is astonished....because I used to eat that way too--and we all know how easy it would be to fall back into that kind of eating. I want better things for my friend. Bette

Guest guest
Hi again, I'm sorry, I guess I didn't see that one--was just wondering if she made good comments to you. I'll go try to find it again, sometimes this server has problems and I don't get everything. We're looking into a new computer system lately. You've done so well, I hope she was/is proud of you. Terri in WI > > >
