Signing up for Weight Watchers after the Holidays

How true about people lining up after the holidays. Some people who attended

a meeting I did, signed up for WW a few weeks ago. I think that is great.

Most people figure it would be easier to sign up after the holidays. I had

no idea I was going to sign up Jan 31, 2,001. I was walking in the out door

mall where WW is located. At that time it was free registeration so I figured

it was a good opportunity anyway. I wanted to joing WW prior to 2,001, but I

was not ready for myself to go. Sper of the moment things happen for a reason. I

went to the meeting two days before my trip to Las Vegas. It made me more

aware of how much to eat in the day and I saw what I really wanted and made

better choices. Everything is for a reason at the right time. There really is

not a

right or wrong time to join WW. People join when they are ready.

What matters is people want to lose weight. I think many don't realize

WW is not a " diet " . They will soon find out. Many might have gone on those

fad diets. What ever the case, they want to lose for themselves. It is nice when

WW has free registeration. It surely saves money on that. I would have had to

pay 15 dollars, but money is no object when it comes to health.
