Guest guest
Bless you, Cheri: I haven't been able to contact Val for a week and my messages would show up on E-Mails as undeliverable. I'm doing wonderfully well on the Isocort, after almost two years of hellish hyperthyroidism from following my doctor's recommendations to double Armour - twice. What I need to know is whether to start Armour,T3, or both. I have my thyroid labs and will post adrenal saliva tests again. I'm almost afraid to start thyroid, but I want to wear my rings again (edema) and get rid of aches and some insomnia. The Armour alone never did do it for me. It was not until I added T3 that I felt optimal, Thank's for any help you can give. Pat Need to contact Valarie Cheri Would you please tell Valarie I need to know my next step desperately. Guest guest
Pat, Post your labs (both adrenal and thyroid with the date taken and ranges) here on list and if I don't see Val responding (like if they don't go through) then I will email them to her directly so she can post a response on the list. Sometimes if we have our email being forwarded from yahoo to another email address or Outlook some messages get blocked or bounced. You may also want to go into your Yahoo preferences and check that your messages settings are working and not bouncing there. Thanks, Cheri Re: Need to contact Valarie Bless you, Cheri: I haven't been able to contact Val for a week and my messages would show up on E-Mails as undeliverable. Guest guest
Pat is ther eany reason you would try plain T3? Have you had RT3 tested and it was high? If nto you should start Armour at 15MCG then in wek add a second dose of 15MG at noon. Keep the doses split up for easier hit on the adrenals and every week raise 15MG until you get to 2 grains and then slwo them down. Watch your temps and if they start fluctuating and don;t stop within three days of a dose raise, then you need ot go back to last dose and hold it longer to allow your adrneals to adapt to the higher metabolism. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

Then my whole computer froze up. I went to town and got on the library's computer, which was pretty stressful,as they don't have Outlook Express and not sure Valarie received all my info. Anyway,so thankful to have everything back and willpost result again. Thankseversomuch, Pat Need to contact Valarie Cheri Would you please tell Valarie I need to know my next step desperately. Guest guest
Dear ValL So glad to get your reply. I suspectOutlook Express is less than desirable, and hope to get around to changing, but have been wanting to post my thyroid tests, and will also put up the original saliva tests, since I'm assuming it would help. Back when I was on Armour only, I never feltoptimal, especially in the aftrernoon - more mental than physical. When a small amount of T3was added,I almost forgot that I had ever had any adverse symptoms. Guest guest
Pat your high estrogen is telling me somethign else that your labs are nto agreeing wiht. High estrogen almost always nmeans low cortisol. I would work the Isocort up to 6 pellets and once there graph your temps which you start Armoru at 15MG. If they stay level and not fluctuating more than 2 tenths of a degree (using method of www.drrind.com ) then in a week add in a second noon dose of 15MG. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
Valarie, my deepest apologies. My Estradiol should be 0.7, not 7. I have checked everything else, and it is correct. Thank you for questioning this - I would not have noticed that thr 0. was left off. I'm sorry to use up your valuable time.
