Guest guest
Greetings! Thought I would take a moment to give you an update on my status. I'm " beginning " to feel like I might be able to pull this whole thing off and not be sorry for having done it. I've been suffering from nausea, am eating hardly anything, am weak as a kitten, spent a lot of time in bed and daily fight off depression. But, on the good side, I've lost 50 pounds in three weeks. This would explain why I'm so weak. Dr. Sudan suggested supplementing with some protein shakes, but I'm not sure what kind I can tolerate. My urping (gag) reflex works overtime. Suggestions appreciated. So, here's some questions for those of you post-ops... How long does it take before you start to feel half-way decent again, I mean, get my appetite back and start being able to eat? The Dr. hasn't put me on vitamins yet... should I start on my own? Sorry I haven't been participating very much, but I value your support and information. Could you please respond to me personally. I only receive the digest version of the group. THANKS! Patti in Lincoln p.s. If is on this list, would you please contact me? Thanks!
