Hello*!!! okay I weanted to send out this little update....I went to get dressed this morning and put on one pf my favorite shirts and I actually noticed that it is getting toooooooo big. I mean it has always been big but now I feel small when I am in it and it looks like a tent (well like most of my clothes). I called Bob and I told him I need to go get some more shirts tonight...so we are headed to the big and tall outlet store near here. I normally get a 4x-5x shirt just for comfort, but I think this time I will be looking for a 3x......woohoo*!!!!!!valerie

Alright ! Sounds like you are doing great!!! And there is nothing

like going shopping for new clothes because your old ones are getting too
