Guest guest
I was told yes, that Cool Whip Free was allowed on Phase 1, but I could be wrong... Anyone want to correct me? Guest guest
Cool whip is OK on phase 1. Just be sure to count it towards your 75 calories of sweet treats Paola --- Celeste wrote: > > I was told yes, that Cool Whip Free was allowed on > Phase 1, but I could be wrong... Guest guest
i have this in the freezer right now... i'm looking forward to my "dessert" after dinner. Celeste wrote: Phase 1 dessert recipe1 Fudgsicle1-2 tablespoons peanut butter1-2 tablespoons cool whip (SF)Microwave fudgsicle, just a few seconds, so you canremove the stick. Plop in bowl. Freeze, while you eat dinner.Supposedly, it tastes like PEANUT BUTTER CUPS.Tried it tonight ~ go easy on the peanut butter, Iwouldn't do more than a teaspoon or 2 ~ definately notTABLESPOONS.... That much peanut butter overpowersthe chocolate flavor. I would just do a thin coat onone side of the fudgsicle & then smear the cool whipover. Re-Freezing made a nice "shell" on the coolwhip. Definately, will eat each day, while in PHASE 1 Celeste __________________________________________________Do You Yahoo!?Tired of spam? Yahoo! Guest guest
This might be a stupid question but do you just put the PB and Cool Whip on the fudge bar or do you mix it together? All I did was microwave the fudge bar about 3-4 seconds, just enough to wiggle the stick out. The fudge bar should still be intact & mostly still frozen. Smear a little Peanut Butter over one side of fudge bar and smear Cool Whip on top. Re-Freeze at this point. In my opinion this should be COLD and in the layers, but I'll bet some of the group would say, kind of melted & mixed. Try it both ways and see which way you prefer... Guest guest
A friend of mine makes them a little differently. Here's the recipe she gave me: 1 sugar-free Fudgesicle 1 Tbs. natural peanut butter 2 Tbs. lite cool whip 1 Tbs. Sugar-free chocolate syrup (optional) Mix the choc. syrup and peanut butter in a cup, or just the peanut butter. Microwave the fudgesicle 15 secs so you can get the stick out. Mix in with the PB mixture, add in cool whip. Freeze for an hour or more - eat!
