hello everybody,

i am chugging along on phase 1.5 for argument sake. I have lost about

12 pounds but poeple say it looks like more.

my question is two fold really. i know the daily allowance of dairy

is 2 servings of 8oz dairy. I use fat free creamer in my morning and

afternoon cup of joe(i use much more than a 2tbsp. serving) and then

i have a bowl of cereal with milk not everyday but i do have fat free

vanila yogurt 4-6oz per day as a snack. now if i have the cereal with

milk and the 2cups of coffee with creamer ands the yogurt am i over

the limit. i am still osing weight at a rate of 2-3 pounds per week-

only 20-25lbs more to go but i didn't know if this would be ok.

should i use the yougurt as a meal (breakfast with nuts and fruit) or

is it ok as a snack?

the second part of my question is that i can't stand fat free plain

yogurt no matter how it is fxed splenda, fruit, nuts, peanut butter,

etc. i did find a yogurt i like from walmart i add blueberries and 3

strawberriesand sometimes chopped walnuts (taste just like mcdonald's

parfait) or i eat it plain. here are the spec please let me know if

it is ok. it is a 6oz light nonfat vanilla yogurt

calories- 80

fat- 0

sodium- 110mg

carbs- 13

sugars-7

it does have apartame in it. i don't know if that matters. would it

be better if i at half the container(3oz)a day with fruit and nuts

instead of the whole thing at once ?

thanks

sherry
