Guest guest
Max, I feel for you! I've gone caffeine free twice (pregnancies). I got right back to it, though. I do have to wonder if it wouldn't feel good to be free of the stuff, though....no ups and downs like I get form caffeine. Hmmm.... Happy holidays, Lis ----- Original Message ----- From: fungunga@... I'm about 18 hours into the caffeine fast.
Guest guest
Lis, Me too with the pregnancies and going right back to it. I know I can do without it because I've gone on 6-day backpack trips and didn't have any, BUT I do really like it. susan Re: Caffeine Watch 2003: Max, I feel for you! Guest guest
Sounds like you're doing great. I too am trying to get off diet soda and caffine). For no other reason than when I drink soda I don't drink as much water. For the first few months of WW I drank no soda at all, then slowly I started adding it back in. I'm trying to get off it again. Right now I'm only drinking water and decaf coffee (honestly I can't tell the difference between decaf and regular).
