Guest guest
This is the ww pizza recipe I've used several times and was real happy with it. I got it from another list but don't know who to credit. WW Pizza Crust 1 c. warm water (110-115 deg.) 1 pk. (or 1 T. ) active dry yeast 1 T. honey 1 c. whole wheat flour 1/2 t. salt 1 T. canola oil 4 oz. cheddar cheese, grated (I like to use some parmesan as well) 1/2 t. black pepper 1/4 t. garlic powder 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour (I like to use a mixture of ww flour and ww pastry flour) Combine the water, yeast, and honey and the 1 c. of whole wheat flour in a large bowl. Beat 100 times until mixture is smooth. Let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes. Add the salt, oil, cheese(s), pepper, garlic powder and the 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour. Mix well and let the dough rest for 5 minutes. Pat out the dough onto a baking sheet for 1 large pizza or divide the dough in half and make two medium pizzas. I bake it for about 5 minutes first before putting any ingredients on top so it's not gummy. Add pizza sauce and all desired ingredients and then bake in 400 oven for an approximate additional 15 minutes.
