Congrats Nikki! I'll bet you're seeing and feeling

the difference already. That's good motivation to

keep going.

I just started Phase 1 on Monday and I'm down 4 lbs

already. I like the quick progress the first couple

of weeks. My biggest challenge today will be that I'm

cooking for a new mom (spaghetti and meatballs, garlic

bread, and cookies!!). She needs the calories for

nursing, I need to keep my hands out of the cookie

dough!

:)

Congratulations Nikki!!

I'm sure if you stick with it, you'll lose most if not all of it by

the holidays. I've been to chicken to weigh myself, so I don't know

how much I've lost besides the first 6lbs.

Great job!

,

What?! 4 lbs in just two days.............unbelievable. I have been on SB since March 26 and have lost a total of 15 months. I restarted phase one on Monday and hope to lose 10 lbs by the end of the month but I know that is unrealistic so I will be happy with 5. But I if I had to put money on it, the loss will be more like 3 lbs.

Congrats! It really is encouraging to see the pounds disappearing,

isn't it? That scale definitely motivates me!

Yeah, probably water weight. I'm not gonna get too

excited until I get through with Phase 1. I've

already given up about halfway through twice. It's

the breakfasts that kill me. I'm just not creative

enough to come up with satisfying options for that

meal.

You can make 5 lbs by the end of the month. Stay

strong !

:)

That's great !! How long have you been at it? I'm just

starting and need all the positive results I can get! :)

-Hi, Jill,

I started the diet 7/12. Lost 11 lbs in 9 days, and then slowed

down. By 8 weeks, I'd lost 24 lbs, then gained 3, lost it again,

and wavered a while. Now it's 12 weeks, 27 lbs, but the best was my

bloodwork after 7 weeks--dropped triglycerides from 413 to 153.

I post my progress ( or lack thereof) every Tues. to keep myself

accountable.

This group is a great resource, Jill. Usually someone here has been

through what you're experiencing and can give great advice--or a kick

in the hiney--as needed!

Keep at it!
