One of the reasons I drank was to control how i felt. No more of that crap. As far as feelings go, our previous experience pretty much tells us how to feel.. One can change feelings by several methods,,,,substitution, distraction, hyperintensity, exercize, music, different surroundings, food eaten, drugs, prayer, transdential meditation, " ParadiseXL) lights and sound machine, parachute jumping, jumping with and without a parachute.....roller coaster etc. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
