Guest guest
I wil keep you in my prayers. When I first got pregnant, I was sick but couldnt determine if it was morning sickness or because of my r n y..I know what you are going through...I had a m/c 2 1/2 years ago and still worry through this pregnancy...I see you are further along then you have ever gotten before, and that is great. You had a ultrasound which showed the baby is healthy, all you can do is live day to day and thank god everyday for that day to carry that sweet baby. You will be in my thoughts... I really have a good feeling about this pregnancy for you...try to be positive Robin RNY 2/27/2002 E.D.D 7/20/2003 5 precious children to light the way

Guest guest
Hi , I have 0 experience with the lap band, so Im sorry I cant help you there. But it sounds like this pregnancy is going very well so far! I know its hard not to worry. I've had a miscarriage as well, and I too worried the first trimester of my last pregnancy because I spotted the whole entire time. If you just had an ultrasound and it showed the baby doing well, I would relax a little bit. You will feel better as each day passes. I wish you the best of luck, your baby is so lucky to be so wanted. Take care! Marcy Wallis lap rny 06/15/00 Mommy to 12/10/02 Mommy to Kaitlyn 05/01/94 Wifey to Neil!!! Hi I'm new and worried : ) Hi there, I'm and I'm 32 and live in Australia. I had a lapband in April last year and have lost 40kilos which has been wonderful - I am almost at goal weight. Unfortunately though I have also lost two babies (that is I have had two miscarriages in a row), and am now pregnant again, still ttc #1. I am currently 9w2d, every day is like a year at the moment and its tortorous not knowing what is going on, and despite my best efforts to be positive the fear is overwhelming - I can't lose this one. Anyway I so hope someone can help ease my mind on here, I don't know how many of you have had lapbands and what your pregnancy experiences have been with this. Early on I had 2.3ml in the band and it felt like the band was interacting with the morning sickness and making it difficult to eat, I had .3 taken out and now all morning sickness (expect a feeling of yuckiness) is gone - I'm not sure its band related though - I am so confused. Just when I'm expecting morning sickness to get worse at 9-10 weeks it was almost disappeared and not come back - its been over a week now. I had a scan on Tuesday because I have been so worried and it showed the baby was doing well - I was reassured but am still a little (well quite a bit) confused and worried - yer yer I know I am probably paranoid, but I have never heard of having sickness and then none this early??? Maybe all the sickness I had early was an interaction between the band and slight nausea - which has lifted how I've had fluid taken out. The strange thing is that I have vomited 4 times since have the .3 taken out - but it seems soley due to band stuff not morning sickness stuff (but I don't really know). I am confused and stressed. I just don't want to lose another baby. Can anyone give me any advice. We're your doctors able to pinpoint the cause of the M/Cs? IF not, here's a website that has some articles that might be helpful to you: http://www.inciid.org/fact.html They are about half way down the page. I hope you can find some peace and enjoy this pregnancy. Blessings, in CA _____ Jordan's SAHMommy michelle@... Hi I'm new and worried : ) Hi there, I'm and I'm 32 and live in Australia. Guest guest
Dear Robin, thanks for much for your understanding. I hope everything is going well for you too. Its definitely one day at a time for me, some days I'm a complete nutcase and others I'm OK. From what I know from my miscarriage board almost everyone who has had a miscarriage worries next time even if it was 2 1/2 years ago - I guess we know that " being pregnant doesn't always equal having a baby " and that unfortunately takes away our innocence. Anyway, thanks again for your advice and understanding. Luv G x 9+4 **2 angels in heaven** Lapband 14th April 2002 - 10 kilos from goal > I wil keep you in my prayers. Guest guest
Dear , thanks for you empathic post and the info. I have researched early miscarriage far more than I would like to admit - mine remain unexplained, despite quite a bit of testing, they continue to put them down to bad luck or the " I don't know, try again box " . It makes it very hard to trust your body to have a baby - I am trying so hard to be positive, and am clinging onto hope at the moment. I think I will feel better if I can get past the 1st trimester, although I'll probably still worry but hopefully I will find some peace. Anyway thanks again . I don't know anything about you but look forward to hearing some more. Luv G x 9+4 **2 angels in heaven** Lapband 14th April 2003 - 10 kilos to goal > Hi , > > I'm so sorry for your losses.
