Chocolate Peanut Butter they are 2 carbs a piece and nice and creamy. They sell them at BJ wholesale by my house @ 15.99 for a box of 12. I prefer to cook with soy protein powder than Atkins bake mix personally. The only thing that I personally really LOVE are the strawberry ready to drink shakes.
