Guest guest
He got the kitty from a farm...one of his customers lives on a farm and well, you know how those farm cats like to reproduce ! So the owners really weren't looking to profit from the kitties just find them homes, so they asked if he wanted one...and being the sucker that he is, he said yes! It almost breaks my heart to hear you describe poor Matt's crying last night. Poor thing! I'm glad he is feeling better though. And yes, when you get all settled with your new job, we will have to find a time for lunch. I should have a nice round belly to show off by then -AmyR
Guest guest
Kendall, I imagine you never get use to hearing your little cry and not being able to really help him. Gee, I hate to see one of my pets not feeling good, I couldn't imagine alittle baby. I am glad Matt is doing better, poor little guy. Well, at least he woke you for being hungry not sick, I would say that is a good sign!! I bet he is having a ball with the activity center!! As for taping Matt's serenades to you, I am sure that is just want you would want to do in the middle of the night!! lol!! I am just trying to come of with ideas on how to get Apollo adjusted to all the noise that will be going on here. He is still such a puppy himself, you know? He still has his "moments" with my cats!! (up and down my stairs!! lol!! Take care. > >
Guest guest
Kendall Its always hard to leave a job even when you want to. It sounds like your new job will be so much better. I'm sure you will get used to your new routine in no time. Pam 35 weeks
Guest guest
Vicki, Ross' favorite restuaurants are Boston Market and Culvers and both have mashed potatoes, so when we eat out, Matt gets a few bites of mashed potatoes because he is always trying to grab my spoon LOL! He has decided he is NOT into carrots anymore, so tonight we move on to sweet potatoes. I am slowly adjusting to the new schedule. The only time I can get a few minutes to myself is in the morning when everyone else is asleep so I am getting up at 5:00 a.m. and it seems to be working ok for now. Evenings are hectic and my house is nowhere near as clean as I would like it to be, but hey, that's the breaks w/ 2 kids a full time job and a part time job! The diet isn't going anywhere . I am hovering around 130, which means still 10 to go, but less than I weighed when I got pg. w/ Matt so not as much motivation at this point. They are starting a Weight Watchers group at work, so I may join and I know that would help. Gotta go, time to wake up the boys, make my lunch, feed Matt, get dressed and ready to go, pay some bills and make Ross' breakfast (all in an hour). Doesn't that sound fun . Guest guest
Kendall, I hope you are feeling better soon. Congratulations on your nephew, it is so exciting to see a new baby. When Christian was 5 weeks ols, friends of ours had their baby, he was the same weight as Christian, and I kept saying how light he felt and so small. It is weird how in 5 weeks you forget! Guest guest
Kendall, I'm sorry to hear that you are sick honey! I know how you feel though - I had it last week. Ugh! What a drag that was! So far, Emma hasn't gotten it. I hope and pray she doesn't. Congratulations to your SIL. What a big boy she had! Anyway, I am glad that went well for her. So, do you have to give up the breast pump now? What a bummer if ya do! {{{HUGS}}}
Guest guest
Kendall, Wow! That is a BIG baby....I hope she isn't too sore. Is that 2 boys for her too? I hope you feel better, they say to take a decongestant right away, like sudafed, then you won't get a sinus infection, yea right, I'd get one anyway, but thought I'd pass that along to you. Something about blowing your nose makes the bacteria go back up into your sinus cavity, ok, sorry to be gross.....Let's talk about Culver's again!! LOL!! My sister went for her first ultrasound yesterday, she said they saw one gestational sac and it looks good, next week they go back for another one, hopefully to hear the heartbeat. She hasn't had anything abnormal so far, so we just pray it all continues to go well for her. I bet she'll have another girl. Madison was supposed to stay with us during the Husker game, but was a no show, got an email explaining the mix up yesterday. No big deal, the boys were just a tad disappointed. Try to get your 8 hrs. sleep a night!! Good luck! When does Matt go back to the dr.? We go on Thursday, tonight she is having more pictures taken....since she is sitting up, they should be kind of cute, although somehow in the middle of the night she got a bug bite on her forehead!!! I may have to apply some make-up!! Vicki jerome wick wrote: > > Vicki, > > Matt is isn't sick anymore, just growing I think . Mommy on the other hand is miserable! Guest guest
Kendall, I am sorry that you feel so miserable. I would rather have anything than a sore throat. Try some salt water and aspirin if possible. Maybe you’ll drop a pound though during your misery?? Guest guest
Kim, My nephew is adorable ! He has lots of dark hair and was awake and pretty alert while we were there. I got to hold him for a while and Matt wasn't too sure about that . Ross took it in stride and just played w/ his other cousin (Lucas' brother Dylan - who is also not too sure about this whole thing !).
