Yes....they have been steady at 98.2-3 on 25, but I didn't start graphing them

until I was at 25 because I was relying on BP, but then I found out that BP is

more dependent on aldosterone....

Then the only way to find out is to try lowering it. I would reduce the

last dose to 2.5 first.

ok.....that was the dose I originally increasedbecause I was having trouble

sleeping, but last night I took the 5 at bedtime and didn't get to sleep until

5:30 a.m. so it's not always working anyway.

My candida is worse too since raising my Isocort. Wonder what a person can

Mine actually was much better than before I started HC until I hit 25 mg. - then

it came back.

Yeah, mine got worse when I hit 25 mg but I need the cortisol because my

temps are still not stable and feel better other than that and acid reflux.

I am wondering if the candida isn't a thyroid reaction to the higher HC

because the HC really isn't high enough to suppress the immune system so I

wonder in my case if it isn't just creating the imbalance with the thyroid

since I am not supplementing with T3 yet.

It's a thought. I am on Westhroid and Cytomel but some things definitely

improved with the raise to 25, so I don't know....

Raise thyroid! In the interim you cna try Diflucan to knowck it back but that is

a temp solution and it will stil come back as long as you are hypo.

I am not taking anything for thyroid. I thought I had to wait until I treat

my adrenals to do that? My temps are not steady yet so I was focused on

getting there before adding thyroid?

Depends on HOW bad the adrenals are. If you have just barely low or high

cortilsl most the day you may be able to start a very low dose of thyroid. but

you must not drag out the adrneal treatment for months while hypo withotu trying

to treat the hypo as well as Candida will flourish when you do this. most peopel

can tolerate SMALL amounts of thyroid just be very careful to start VERY low and

slow.
