Guest guest
hi, I think that it can very important to cut out the fruit for 2 weeks esp. for some becase it leads to other cravings. I have 4 kids and only one of them thankfully has a major sweet tooth .....but boy what a sweet tooth she has and she ended up getting a root canal two weeks ago-she is only 9! She likes the juice etc and whines to bake brownies/cookies.(I don't buy them) We don't have candy or soda(except for what my DH sneaks in) in the house and I think we will eventually be getting it all out but my DD and DH love their sweets Anyway back to the fruit thing..I actually do eat quite a bit of fruit but I exercise alot and it does have a lot of benefits but I have seen my daughter crave a piece of fruit and have it and then want brownies ..I think there is some sort of connection.... em
