Maybe when I am there this summer, we can meet up. I know someone else mentioned to you that they are near. Wouldn't that be fun? Think of the war stories. We would out door men in a bar or pool hall any day! You would love my daughter. She has Chron's disease (but I do wonder) and has been on an organic diet (with the exception of mucho chocolate as she is a gourmet cook) for years. With the exception of the exquisite desserts, my visits to her consisted of eating organically and I found it difficult - see what mindset does for one? Now, she is the very one leading me through these troubled waters and trying different recipes and sending them on to me. She is definitely my cheerleader and is so very proud of the changes I have made. Sure helps to have an angel on earth like that.
