Guest guest
My favorite is Deviled Eggs. Boil your eggs, cut them in 1/2 and scoop out the yolk into a separate bowl. Add a bit of mayo, mustard, diced onion & celery (I also add chopped olives). Smoosh it all around till smooth and use a small spoon to scoop back into the whites. Yum!! I also dip HB eggs in hot sauce. Quite tasty. Jen in Pittsburgh > > What other ways can you eat hard boiled eggs? Is there a recipe?

Guest guest
Good for you Trish! You are doing great. You can also make egg salad and deviled eggs with hard boiled eggs. Both are allowed on Phase 1! > I know this is crazy, but I have to say maybe this won't be so bad > after all. Guest guest
This is my first day, too!!!! I would love to go dive into some chocolate right now. I am sitting here eating cottage cheese instead. I am such a sugar junkie!!!! Plus the only veggies I like are: green beans, corn (off limits p1), potatoes (off limits p1) and lettuce and tomatoes...which are considered a fruit I think. I don't even like nuts! I do love eggs. Any way they are made. Anyone else this picky? Is there a limit to diet drinks? I am drinking Diet Rite which is caffeine free, too. I have had my limit of sugar free candy and then about 30 calories. I'm not going to worry about those extra calories all that much. Email me or put me on your Yahoo IM list if you want to talk! > I know this is crazy, but I have to say maybe this won't be so bad > after all. Guest guest
Trish, Another thing that helps me a lot with sweet tooth problems is gum. I always have it around and find that it often helps satisfy my sweet tooth issues Paola --- trish_lobato wrote: > I know this is crazy, but I have to say maybe this won't be so bad > after all. Guest guest
> What other ways can you eat hard boiled eggs? Is there a recipe? We like deviled eggs in our house. Take a hard boiled egg and cut it half length-wise. Pop out the yolk in to a bow. Mix in some mayonnaise, salt pepper and paprika, and any other spices you like. Use the back of a spoon to put the yolk mixture back into the whites. Very easy and very tastey! -- Ann You spend your life fighting dirt, and when you die they bury you in it. hayakawa@... Guest guest
, I will be praying for you. On religion I think you are right on. We need to be aware of others who do not believe as we do. They should be able to respect our views as we do their's. Janet/WA
