Guest guest
On a lighter note, than what we have been tossing around lately --- what about some ideas on ways we get our kids to eat vegetables. I will share the few I have and would love to hear other ideas. Vruit juice - mixture of vegetable and fruit juice very high in beta-carotene green beans - about the only straight forward vegetable Scout will eat corn on the cob - and only on the cob, must be more fun or something There is one brand, one flavor of baby food vegetables Scout will eat - vegetable soufflé is the flavor, the brand is an organic brand. Tomato sauce - on pasta - but aside from that she won't even eat ketchup! Have had some success with baby peas Pumpkin Pie French fries (of course) I have thought about making breads - zucchini, pumpkin, etc. but I don't really know that she will eat them. I may try that though. Anyone out there with some great kid friendly veggie ideas? Lori mom to Scout 2 wCF
