This is a virus hoax. Don't delete that file. It is a normal file and is supposed to be on your computer.

This is a hoax, not a virus:

That file is part of windows, and you need that file on your computer...don't delete.

This is a HOAX! It is a Microsoft file that is supposed to be there.

FYI-- a lot of these HOAX virus warnings that say " forward to everyone you

know " or something similar are just a way of getting email addresses from you.

Every time you forward it, not only your email address but the address of

everyone you sent it to is collected by unscrupulous people.

I don't know what it is supposed to do, but it's a normal file that is installed as part of your Windows installation. It definitely is NOT a virus file. :-)

How are you and your daughter doing today on your first Atkins day?

We are doing ok..

We had breakfast, Which she had egg sub. and slice of

ham. and I had regular eggs. She had diet jello for a

snack and we are planning a salad with boiled eggs and

peppers for lunch with turkey slices. She is so

motivated. She is getting her water in.. more than I

can say for her MOM

I know, it restores the long file name extensions to dos useable long ones that windows converted..... from what I read it is for a failed uninstall windows application.

Gail sounds like you two are off to a good start. Just take each

snack and meal at a time. Don't forget the water though it is a VERY

important part of this WOL
