Hi ,

Sorry for the delay. Our home computer server has been down for

about a week and Mr. Techie (aka dh) has been working feverishly all

week to fix it. I haven't nagged him too much about it, but of

course, I'm not on hormones so that might explain the lack of

nagging!

You asked in your note

I believe I got that information from my attorney who spoke to two

lawyers who won a US AS lawsuit. There are not many out there, but

they did win. My lawyer didn't give me much information other than

their case centered on the amount of placenta, the amount of time

the placenta was left in the uterus and the post-d & c pathology

report that showed myometrium -- in other words, an overly

aggressive d & c.

As for my case, nothing new to report. I'm still waiting to hear

back from my attorney...I suppose no news is good news...ha

ha...that is " good news " relatively speaking.
