PLEASE READ THIS: This is a very large group and it generates lots of email - like 1000 messages per month. This is too much for many people, and many end up unsubscribing because there are so many messages that aren't of interest, and it's impossible to sort through them. Many people, only have time to skim through and look at those messages that are relevant to them, and this can only really be done based on the subject line of the message. For this reason, it's very important that messages are posted with a subject title that reflects what is in the message. If the conversation goes off on a tangent from the original subject, as is often the case in any group like this, please take a few seconds to change the subject line appropriately before you send it off. Also, if it's a personal reply to someone, consider whether it might be appropriate to send it to that person only, rather than to the whole group. I will greatly appreciate everyone's cooperation about this (but it's not like we will rap anyone's fingers who forgets occasionally). Just do what you can. Thanks.
