No I haven't. Probably should but given tight finances and no medical

insurance...

I do notice with progesterone cream I sleep better and also when I don't

have neighbors making constant noise which is a problem here.

I am sleeping much better since on Isocort.

I was actually thinking of setting up my video camera and taping at least

the first few hours of my sleeping just to see how many times I wake up

without realizing it. I think I probably and waking up more than I think.

My Father had apnea issues because of a heart condition and still does to

some extent. I wouldn't be surprised if I do have issues.

Anything low cost I could try?

I used to manage a guy who would fall asleep at work while he was on the

phone with customers. He didn't know he had it and we actually had to send

him out to be tested because we were ready to fire him. He got much better

but I cannot remember what he did as it was many years ago and I didn't know

much about the issue back then.

I am also low cortisol in the morning and high at midnight, but I think

taking Seriphos during the day will not lower us further then, but start

working on keeping us level and lowering later in the day.

I had taken PS before, but I took it in the evening and before

bed...probably didn't have long enough to work right...I also found it for

21.95 I think on one of these sites....and free shipping if over 75.00.

I would not recommend doign this at all. Phosphatidyl Serine is for LOWERING

cortisol but if you are low in the AM raising the AM cortiosl will automatically

lower your night time cortiso and THAT is the best way to correct this.

All the sites for Seriphos say to take at lunch and in the afternoon to tamp

down the late evening... I already take Isocort morning, lunch and dinner to

try and get it lower, doesn't seem to be working though.
