Guest guest
Just so you all know its just regular robitussin (or tussin for generic names) with no letters and it doesn't MAKE CM (cervical mucus) it helps thin out what you already have. What I have found that makes me have SOME CM is V8 Splash.. its the beta carotene that helps, My RE agrees and approves :0) *~Joy~* Lap RNY @ 491lbs 2/26/01 Dr. Bertha town Memorial Hospital Mommy to: 1-9-99 & Saralyn 12-15-
Guest guest
My fertility doctor told me that Clomid dries up your mucus. You need your mucus to be there and thick to make a good environment for your egg. Robitussin, for some reason, makes your mucus stay there and creates a healthy environment for your egg. I don't know if that is what helped me get pregnant but I was taking 100mg of Clomid, HCG shots, and Robitussin and was pregnant after the 3rd month. One of my friends also took Robitussin after trying to conceive for a year and got pregnant....she wasn't on Clomid but after 2 months of Robitussin she was pregnant. My OB had told me before I started the Robitussin that my mucus was real acidic....that is what kills the sperm. Once I got on Robitussin I was seeing my fertility specialist and he told me my mucus was perfect. It can't hurt to try! :^) Nette --- BlueWaterlilies@... wrote: > Hi Nette, > > Can you explain to me how taking Robotussin helps > Clomid. > > Shoshannah __________________________________________________
