I felt the same way during most of my pregnancy with my son... after about 16 weeks or so, it began to subside from all-out dread to a nagging undercurrent... then when I had a bleeding episode at 17 weeks, it flared back up and never really went away until I was about 27 weeks and had had another ultrasound proving to me that there really was a little kid in there with fingers & toes and stuff. I was a Nervous Nellie my entire pregnancy. It may just be a factor of our personalities... some of us are blissful preggos, some of us aren't. <grin> I wasn't. I actually felt the same way that you did... kept wondering when the besotted overwhelming glow would overtake my face and I'd feel like I could bask in that glow. It never came. LOL I still had a great pregnancy and was ready to do it all over again, but when I got pg again, I had a m/c. How far along are you again? Guest guest
Joy, I'm glad the news was good, but you rest! Hopefully you will feel so much better now since getting rehydrated. Take care! Marcy Update Thought I'd update you all.. I got to the hospital and they put me on the monitors and found the baby (no u/s as L & D was overfull and maternity was as well) then they sent me down to the peds unit for monitoring and IV fluids. I was dehydrated and they needed to correct that. I'm still in pain and haven't been able to hold anything in yet for very long but after a long chat with the dr they said I could go home but rest and call my OB in the AM. I've called just waiting on her return call. So I'm resting and hoping she says I can go for a ride later on tonight.. don't want to do anything major just go for a ride out of the house! Thanks for all the prayers! Guest guest
Thanks, Katy. Point well taken. While I am neither an agnostic nor have the need for somebody to inject me with neupogen at this time, I was 1) curious and 2) trying to make a point, which is that some people on this board (myself included) are not christians and don't belong to a church. Thanks for your response. > > > No but even if you don't belong to a church these type of services > > can be > > > accessed > > > > > > " As long as I know the WHO > > > I can bear any HOW > > > even though I don't know WHY " > > > (Commentary on Job from Dialogue in Despair) > > > > > > > > >
