Guest guest Posted July 5, 2005 Report Share Posted July 5, 2005 Hi I feel so bad today. I have a good case of the "feel sorries for me". I have the diet down. I know what to eat when I get hungry. I learned that I can eat boiled veggies if I need the change from raw. I am learning little things like that. What I lack is willpower. I lack the things I can do when I get a craving. I am used to going for the sugars and the carbs. I have to really stick to these first 2 weeks. I have not been faithful at all. Hope you are having a great day! Yahoo!
