Just the flour flying in the air is enough to scare me into not going. As a matter of fact, I have a 'meeting' there on Tuesday, but I think I am going to not go to avoid possible contamination. Flatbread is organic and has wonderful food.....if you can have gluten! I tend to think the mesclun salad with balsamic would maybe be okay....but honestly,the likelihood of CC is very high...esp there. They do have yummy lemonade too. Why don;t you call ahead in the mid afternoon? or mid morning? Talk to the chef.....see for yourself. I go to lots of restuarants at off times to get this kind of info. You would be amazed how helpful some are (If they won't be bothered? I decide not to dine there anymore.)
