Guest guest
Hello to all, Happy New Year to every one, here's hoping that every one has a healthy and HAPPY year. We are home from our visit to Sydney, Ainslie and Connor had a great time, especially christmas day. I think though that it is always nice to come home. Ainslie has at present a funny cough, just over 3 weeks ago she started with a pretty good sinus infection and I started her on a months worth of cipro. This cough is a tickle at the back of her throat which leads me to think that it is possibly sinus related. The problem is that it is starting to wake her at night, lozenges help for a little, extra saline helps a little, even a nasal decongestant only helps a little. Any one got any ideas? She has an ent appointment on the 15th Jan (I made this just for a check up on a spur of the moment a couple of months ago) so I am hoping that this proves to be nothing. le, welcome to the list. I hope you hang around, The first person to help me really understand what CF was really about was a 14 yr old boy who had CF, his outlook on life was amazing. Unfortunately I only knew him for 6 months and he passed away. Your experiences I'm sure could be invaluable, n who is on this list gives her first hand account from both a patient and parent perspective and are a great help to many, including myself. On religion, I have no qualms about it but can't handle long speeches etc in the name of whoever or whatever, by having no religion it does place everyone on " common ground " .
