Guest guest Posted October 21, 2003 Report Share Posted October 21, 2003 ok, I " m only down 1/2 lb, but I'm ok with that, I had a 3 lb lost last time, and I " m TOM, so I think anything is good this week!! LOL!! I've only had 1 bad day this past week, on sat, out with the girls, but I don't think I messed up as badly as I did before. I've come to a decision also... when I've had " bad days " or days when I know I would go over, I've just not journeled those days, I didn't think I could handle having the #'s and would try to over compensate the next few days after ( ie, starve, which is only gonna set me up for another binge, been there, done that..) anyway, I'm going to st art journaling even when I'm having a bad day. I think I've got enough control /understanding of my issues that I will be able to take these stress type days and not make them more of an issue then they need to be, but I diddn't like the permissiveness that not journalling means. rereading that, not sure I made sense! LOL ok, I'm sitting here and eating ..... brocoli & zuchini & carrots mixed up with chicken.. it's barely tolorable, but I'm telling myself with every bite, I love this I love this!
