Guest guest
Hi , I have never had irregular cycles. Is there a chance she is just irregular because of her young age? I hope you can find a more natural remedy for her. Guest guest
Hmm, my Neph didn't want me on birth control pills because of all the other meds I am already taking, which was fine with me. My menstrual cycle didn't get " messed up " until I started taking Prednisone. Guest guest
Hi , I have never had problems with irregular cycles, even after being diagnosed with IGAN. The irony is that - at my current 37% kidney function and like-clock-work cycles - I am currently unable to have a child. I know from talking to other female friends that all of them use birth control pills to regulate their cycles, as it seems for them the most effective way so far. I am interested in knowing if there is any natural way to do this, if nothing else just to let my friends know. Guest guest
, Thank you so much for the msg, it really helps to feel all the love and support here, b/c I get asked all the time when we are going to have kids (of course, these are people who don't know I have IGAN), and some days it's kinda hard to answer that question. But with being on the pred and all, we try to remain hopeful most of the time, esp with continuing good progress. As Kris says, we were planning to wait two years anyway, so we try to think that we are just waiting it out. Thanks again, : ) Sophia > Hi Sophia, > > It is so hard to want a child and have trouble conceiving. My heart goes out > to you and your husband.
