It really isn't that bad!!!! And I like the imitation crab meat too......I

chop it in small pieces and mix it with softened cream cheese and diced green

onion and spread it on crackers. mmmmmmmmm.

I use it in hot and sour soup.;.......Tofu Scrambles is a box kit to

create a scrambled egg type taste to tofu.....Ilike that as well.......I

also sautee it and put it on spaghetti squash with sauce and

cheese.....I find I can hide tofu in just about anything.

Tofu is a new food to me. I have always planned to try it someday,

but still haven't... I thought I saw in the supermarket where they

had some little recipe cards beside them...Kallie

Could you say a little more about the Tofu egg bit? Who makes it/points,

etc...?

It's in the organic foods section....I'll check when I go grocery

shopping today, but I want to say that it's 2 points per serving.

I wish I did. I've tried cooking with it and I can still taste the tofu too.
