And I like the imitation crab meat too......I chop it in small pieces and mix it with softened cream cheese and diced green onion and spread it on crackers. mmmmmmmmm. Guest guest Posted October 21, 2003 Report Share Posted October 21, 2003 I use it in hot and sour soup.;.......Tofu Scrambles is a box kit to create a scrambled egg type taste to tofu.....Ilike that as well.......I also sautee it and put it on spaghetti squash with sauce and cheese.....I find I can hide tofu in just about anything.
