HI Kay..

I use WW online and love it! I find it very helpful, and I like the " no

guessing " with points.

Lifetime rate (still have to go weekly and it adds up). I was wondering if

any of you use WW Online and if it helps you, is it worth the money and--if

it is--would you recommend the 3 month special price, saving $14/something?

If it is not worth it, I don't even want to try even the cheaper startup.

had my comfort food (hot milk--which I detested as a kid!) and used 5 flex

points.

all at once--and the rest of the time I keep on punching, doing roundhouse

and side kicks, arm circles, stretches--all the TWD stuff that works in

water. The lifeguards must think I look like a goose, but I don't care!

Honk!

I've used the online program all along. I've never even BEEN to a

meeting. I find it VERY valuable.

I thought you didn't have to pay at all on lifetime. That's a bummer.

If you gain your weight back, then you have to pay until you lose it. They have

a tolerance, I *think* it's like 2-5 pounds that you can gain before they make

you pay. That's why a lot of folks set theirs to the high end of their

height/weight chart and then lose more, so they have that room.

I may give it a try. I need all the help I can get right now.

In California it's $9.95/wk if you go every week for regulars, but after

Lifetime there's an $8/wk special. The hook is--go every week. I was also adding

to the amount by buying 2 boxes of 2 Pt bars, which I do NOT need.
