Guest guest Posted February 8, 2006 Report Share Posted February 8, 2006 I just wanted to share the new coating that I have been using for baking fish, pork, etc. It is possibly the best that I have used before and after diagnosis!! Lay's stackables ( naturally gluten free) I use the plain and put them in the food processor. I dip the meat in egg,coating,egg and coating again. Everyone in my family loves it. And it's cheap!!
