Guest guest
Hi Arlene: I have the identical problem, only on the left side. Your right - it is a pain in the butt and sure inhibits my getting up and down and also my walking. I lay on my back and my therapist raises my left leg to the point I can feel the muscle and then stretches and holds it a little bit further to stretch the muscle out. It seems to be a temporary fix as it loosens things up for awhile. Sitting on certain chairs really aggravates the muscle. Take care Arlene and all. Guest guest
Hi! You might want to have your sciatica checked out - Two weeks ago I had sciatic pain, went to my dr., had an MRI and they discovered I had three herniated disks and will need surgery. judy smiley sciatica > Hello Laurel, > > When this first started my left leg was all that was affected. Guest guest
I had a herniated disk (L5-S1) removed over 10 years ago. Funny no one has suggested checking the others out, but I have a Dr. appt. Nov. 10th so will ask about it then. Thanks and take care.
