And my last week weigh in was REALLY HIGH. But my period had started that day.... I can't believe it!!!! Y'all, it doesn't matter how many times you mess up, if you just keep going back to the plan, exercising, eating right, and keep weighing in, you will get there. I'm sure I've had every kind of set-back there is, but I didn't beat myself up or tell myself I was a failure. I just kept at it. Sometimes I failed, and sometimes I gained. But I kept at it.
