And my last week weigh in was REALLY HIGH. But my period had started that

day....

I can't believe it!!!!

Y'all, it doesn't matter how many times you mess up, if you just keep going

back to the plan, exercising, eating right, and keep weighing in, you will

get there. I'm sure I've had every kind of set-back there is, but I didn't

beat myself up or tell myself I was a failure. I just kept at it. Sometimes

I failed, and sometimes I gained. But I kept at it.

I do look and feel a lot better, too. I've lost 41 pounds since Jan. 2002.

Diane, I am always so excited to read someone made goal. But I must tell you,

that reading that YOU made goal was absolutely the most exciting news I've had

all week! You've been a member of this group a long time, have posted some fab.

recipes, have been extremely supportive, and have gone on those up and down

battles. This victory of yours touches me deeply, and I just want to

congratulate you and your wonderful success! You deserve that success!!!!

her? " post today! I'm so happy for you. I knew you could do it and find

success!!
