Hello all,

Well I went to my meeting last night and I am now a lifetime member!! yay!

I had to stand briefly and tell all how I did it and any hints. I said to

eat lots of vegetables and exercise.

I have lost 63 pounds since March 31. The first meeting I went to I had no

idea I would ever make it this far. It just sounded so unreachable for me,

I have been on so many diets before,

but this is a lifetime thing, not just a diet. I am SOOO happy I joined

weight watchers! If I can do it, ANYONE can!

Back when it was time to set my goal, I set it at 140. That sounded so far

away. But I am actually lower than that. Once I got to 140, I realized I

was doing well and feeling good, so I decided to lose some more. So I am

actually at 130 now.

I am afraid to start the maintenance program, afraid to gain weight. I

don't ever want to gain weight, I have worked so hard!

Has anyone had fear of going on the maintenace, afraid to gain even just one

pound?

Congratulations . I know how good it feels.

I think we all have fears of maintenance. I've managed to keep it off

since December, and then some. I'd say though that really it's been

since June since between Jan and May I was dealing with so many health

issues it made it easy to not gain. I find that just doing exactly what

I've been doing all along really works quite well. I try not to stress

if I see a gain, but that's easier said than done. Just keep on keeping

on and it will stay off.

Wanted to share the popcorn I found at the store, I am having some for

breakfast!

It is Jolly Time 94% fat free, Kettle corn flavor. Slightly sweet and oh so

good. Much better than the plain flavored.

Congratulations!!

If you're lifetime, you should have already done the maintenance program for

6 weeks. Just keep on doing that and you'll do fine. Just keep going to

your meetings!!

Congrats on lifetime!!

You should go on maintenance and see how that works, they can guide you in

the meetings so that you won't get out of control and even if you fluctuate

up a little bit then they can determine what amount of points works for you.

Just out of curiosity, have you lost weight in the past and if so do you

always lose that fast?? I guess I'm sort of envious because I never could

lose 63 pounds in less than 7 months, wow--that's nine pounds each month??

What do you do differently than some of the rest of us??
