2nd U/S update for Bethany - general

Just got back from the follow-up ultrasound - much better news.

Dominant follicle on left ovary, measuring 11mm with a few small

ones, and two small ones on right! I guess I'm a late bloomer!

Again, I can't ttc, but it's good to know all the parts (except for

the uterus) are in good working order. Phew!

Many thanks to , Haley, and for your posts. , in

terms of insurance, I'm going to call Dr. I's office one more time to

see if they'll take a referral. My husband's company's open

enrollment for insurance is May 1, so we may opt to enroll in his

coverage (in addition to mine - I think it would still be cheaper

than paying out of pocket if multiple procedures are needed). I

think all of the options his company is looking at (Cigna, Tufts,

Harvard, BC) are accepted by Dr. I. If all else fails, yes, I would

certainly pay out of pocket for a consultation visit. In fact, I

might just schedule it today!
