1st of momth goal...

I've decided that I have 2 goals for the month of May.

1) I'd like to get down to 235. (That should put me comfortably in a size

22. My 22s are tight now.)

2) I want to keep exercising. I'd like to be able to walk for at least

20min at a time on the treadmill. (I don't know if you guys remember, but

it's really hard for me 'cause the treadmill doesn't work unless it's at a

really steep angle.)

I'll let you all know how it goes!

good luck on your goal let me know how it is going. I am a first weeker. happy to not miss sugar and carbs. 20 minutes uphill walking is a great fat burner. janet
