I know some restaurants have something they add...I think it was pancake

mix at IHOP. I'd go there with a friend of mine and we'd specify we want

our omelets made with eggs only, not with the mix and they were happy to

comply.

Puff up omelet

eggs, has many as you want, let say 2

water 1 tbsp (never milk or cream) for omelette

1tsp level protein powder

salt pepper. mix all together

use a nonstick pan, on medium (5) preheated pan with butter already melted( I like my better brown) cover and lower heat to (3), cook for 3 to 5 minures, check at 3 minure. If you want veggies in, like tomato mushroom, echalotte or cheese. I put them now at the 3 minutes, they should be either a la naturel or precook first in another pan.

Here is where you can turn half the omelette over to create a 1/2 moon effect. Remove from heat and let sit for 1 minute.

enjoy with either spinach base or lettuce place omelet over base. Serve with cucumber, bacon or ham. Ham could have been added to the previous filling, or bacon.

enjoy

Funny that you say that, Alice - about not normally liking the taste of omelets - because I don't either. I love eggs - even scrambled - but turning eggs into an omelet totally changes the taste for me.
