Guest guest
Just a thought gang - if no one minds - we all need to say a little prayer for anyone that is near Lili's course - she has been upgraded to almost a Category 5 - which is deadly dangerous - and life threatening for all near her. I am not certain exactly where is located - isn't it ? - I just looked back in the archives - she is in Lafayette. If she has gone no mail and boarded up - she is close and not in the safest place - even if they 'rode out' there. Do we have anyone else close - in LA or TX that we need to say a prayer or two for - O - are you ok? Just checkin and sharin what bits I know - hugshugs from deb in NE May those who love us love us. And those that don't love us, May God turn their hearts. And if He doesn't turn their hearts, May He turn their ankles, So we'll know them by their limping. Guest guest
Yes we all do need to say a prayer for all in her track. I live in Texas about 20 minutes away from galveston. We were going to evacuate but it looks like we will just get the winds and lots of rain from her. not the blunt hit like Louisiana will. God Bless everyone who is in her track. Take care and hope everything turns out ok for you. Guest guest
Thanks for all your good angeling of Andy - I too fret - I have a daughter that age - and I can't help but worry about Andy and wonder if I would be any different in his parents place. Your last thought - sometime -you could call the ICU and just explain to the nurses at the desk who and what you are and ask them to convey our prayers to him. I worked in ICU for 16 years - and that kind of request is not unusual AT ALL...and it might help... hugs from deb in NE Re: Hurricane Lili - I'm with you, Deb. ::Saying a prayer for all those in the path of Lili and surrounding areas:: Love, Trace Open RNY -- 9/5/02 Dr. Schechner, Norfolk and Va.
