Guest guest Posted March 5, 2001 Report Share Posted March 5, 2001 congrats sandi i had my blood work done in jan and my ratio was 3.0 i think total was about the same as yours. so i have been waveing that in my anti atkins friends faces.... let me know what you figure out since i have been stalled since before time but hey at least i am not going to have a heart attack what kind of meds do you take??? have you tried a chiropractor for the pinched nerve?? i want to go to the shore this summer and i would like to look good in my bathing suit too so keep me posted welcome back catherine ----- Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Then I got to meet with a nurse from the bariatrics program and after that the dietitian. WOW, they recommended Carnation Instant Breakfast and we all know how " good " that is for us -- NOT. I listened and then I'm going to do what I have learned from all of you and thank you , big time, your advice worked. This week I will try to get everything taken care of here at home then next Saturday I will go back to San where I will stay with my friend, , before and after surgery. I will be on " no mail " for about 10 days -- my angel is Janet from Nevada, she will keep you updated. I will also be in contact with Janet B. and B. from this area so they can help relay information. Wow, how about that 3 angels. I am excited but getting nervous, it hit me at the hospital yesterday that I'm have surgery a week from Monday. The crazy dreams have also started. My #1 angel is Janet from formally Sparks, NV, she has moved down the road a piece and is in, I think, Fallen, NV. The other Janet is from here in Sacramento (she lives about a half a mile from me), she has had a hard time finding a protein she can drink without getting sick.
