,

I would definitely NOT take her. We were told that other CF persons are

among the highest risk factors. If has Pseudo now it's probably

because we've taken her to the place of a physiotherapist where other CF

persons have been the same day. Of course, I don't have a proof for it. But

never, ever again !!!

Just my opinion.

I never take Scout anywhere I think there will be other CFers (except

clinic, of course, and there we try to keep our distance from others). I

don't think that is being paranoid; I think it is being smart.

, I think you are very reasonable, and I am a cf adult and mom of a cf

adult and

two other really wild adults! I think you definitely have the right idea.

Will you please let me know whether you receive this message as Jen tells me

that many

on list are not--we don't yet know why. Thank you,

n Rojas, geriatric cfer!

eGroups has fouled up and individuals to whom I have not intended to send

messages are receiving messages intended to others or the group; in the most

recent case, and thank that person for posting me, someone got my informa-

tion message as a question asked by someone else. And, of course it IS nice

getting credit for the good advise of others, but I don't know how to fix

this, have

complained to egroups as the same is happening with another group I belong to.

Any help, advise or groans welcomed. Thanks for putting up with this,

n Rojas

,

When Eilish has clinic, which she will this monday, I actually send her over

to the ENT section (I can see her) and let her play there, theres no

coughing and I feel alot more at ease. I also try to get the first

appointment. Then when we are waiting for her scripts, which is an ordeal

in itself as most times the wait is well over an hour, I take her for a boat

ride or anything just to get out of the hsp. This Monday were going to the

cinema to watch the Grinch while the scripts are getting done.

Maybe I am just paranoid but I am the same way with Alyssa. I just want to

be able to protect her. I dont like taking her in for well baby check-ups

unless they are doing immunizations at her ped's office either. Just for

the simple reason that there are sick kids in there and she may pick up a

bug there. I also try to keep distance with her at cf clinic also.
