Guest guest
Hi Deb! I am new here and still a pre-op, having my surgery next week, 9/10/02, in Atlanta with Dr. Hart. I can answer your protein question though since we have been experimenting ... I tried a vanilla with milk (skim) instead of water and added flat diet Barq's root beer - it was the best concoction that I have come up with so far ... make sure if you add soda that it is flat first - you shouldn't have the carbonation. Hope you are feeling better soon! You already had a great weight loss! Congratulations!! nne

Guest guest
Not too many slip by me. Esp the ones you REALLY don't want me to see. However, I value a good learning experience as well as the next mom. You know how when the kids are running in the house, you tell 'em, you tell 'em, then they splat the wall or the fresh mopped floor? You don't know whether to say, " Told ya so " , or kiss it and make it all better. Sigh Re: Deb in Nebraska I did the first couple days I was home - not even sure what it was that set it off but - um - will stay away for sure - aha - rolling eyes in head - duh - bonehead here- CREAM OF POTATO SOUP!!!!!! Guest guest
I dunno, didn't have hips. But my belly got into the room half hour before the rest of me. Sigh. And if I hadn't had it lopped off, it'd still have a 10 min head start on me.
