Guest guest
Aisha, I thought a doctor would have told you that pain management without the pain killers were not good for those of us with Sarcoidosis. The types of relaxing exercises that the doctors want us to do is all wrong for us. I listened to my hubby's relaxation tapes and the only one that helped me was the natural sounds of nature. I think you should call him back and tell him that his exercises caused you more hurt and you are still hurting. Ask him to recommend the strongest pain killer and then go find a real pain management doctor that isn't a quack and knows that certain types of exercise is not good for Sarcoid patients. The pain management doctor around here I was talking to is also my Narcolepsy doctor and he said he would only recommend my type of pain killer and relaxation tapes. If the tapes didn't work take the pain killer and then go back to the tapes. Sharon
