Hi I am new to the list have been lurking awhile.... I have been using a

mattress pad to sleep on for about three years now at first the benifit was

great but now it seems to only help some. I also use a large magnet on my back

when I get swelling in it that still seem sto be working!! I also used the

insoles I found it helpful to buy some cheap regular insole and wear them over

top of the magnetic ones, I did find some relief and that helped with the

uncomfortness from them being so hard mine have one side that is flat and the

other has bumps. I guess it just depend on where you buy them. I am glad to see

these coming out at such a lower price since I paid a lot for mine. I have

found that these seem to work well for people with Fibromyalgia. I think there

is something to it they just dont work for everyone. Someone bough tme the

mattress pad and made me promise to try it for two weeks, I hadnt been able to

sleep through the night in years and three days after getting very aggitated by

it I laid daown one night thinking I would just be right back up and to my

surprise I fell asleep and didnt wake up until morning. It worked well like

that for about a year. Now I have good nights and bad nights so I leave it on

the bed it is hard and takes some getting use to. I thought about buying one of

the cheaper ones and trying it for traveling but havent done it yet. One thing

I have found it that you need to air them out before you try to use them there

is and oder that really bothered me and some others i know that bought them.

I am going to be starting Antibiotic therapy the end of this week. I could use

all the prayers anyone out there would like to pray!!!!

Thanks,

Sherry M.
