Guest guest
Hello all: Today I saw someone who hasn't seen me in about a year. She didn't know who I was at first. She's a coworker of my partner, and when I went to visit him at the office, I approached her. She had a really strange look on her face, like she didn't know me. Finally, she recognized me and said, " Oh my God! Francisco, if I'd seen you on the street, I wouldn't have known it was you. " It made me feel good and a bit strange. Good because it reinforces the changes that sometimes I don't fully acknowledge or have not yet realized deep in my mind. Strange because I'm still me, and it's weird not to be recognized--understandable, but weird. I always carry my before pics with me. She looked at them, and she's the second person who said, " I didn't realize how big you were. You weren't really that big, were you? " Well, I didn't retouch the photos. Anyways, just thought I'd share. Keep up the struggle and good progress pre-ops. It's worth it! Francisco -110 lbs
