Guest guest
Hi , Thanks for your comments. I think I thought missing just " one " dose wasn't going to be too bad, but I found out the hard way that it is. Yes, Andy's protocol makes the most sense and is really the only one I can tolerate. the adverse reaction I had from missing a dose proves this also for me that I absolutely cannot afford to make mistakes even with missing one dose. Your time dosing is basically what I was doing. I took a dose at 11 pm, then at 3 am and was ready to take one at 7 am, but forgot to set my alarm to 7 and I slept through it. I don't get up early, as I have a great deal of trouble waking in the morning anyway and get easily confused! But I do not do the missing dosage often anyway, and am sure it can happen to anybody on the odd occassion. If it does happen to me again, I just have to make sure I do not continue the round and allow for such a reaction again.
