X-Post -- Happy Birthday to ME!

Hi all,

Well, today is my birthday, the first since my surgery. And I'm UNDER

200 POUNDS! I don't count a milestone until I've had three consecutive

days under it. Well, Thursday, yesterday, and today I've been at 198.5!

YAHOO!!! I even went out to dinner with my husband last night, and did

some splurging! Of course, now splurging is very different from pre-op.

I did have some dessert, but not very much. I had planned all day, and

only had protein shakes.

Anyhoo, I'm so pleased! Although it's been 46 years since my birth, I

feel like I was reborn almost seven months ago! Life is great!
